Background
Founded in circa 2005, FSPS-Partners has been delivering multifaceted services to the construction sector since its inception, enriching the industry with our specialised coating systems and innovative solutions.
In 2019, FSPS-Partners undertook a transformative shift, evolving into a fully-fledged B-BBEE company with 51% black ownership. This evolution was strategically designed to align with our corporate vision and market positioning.
Further cementing our stature in the sector, we entered into an exclusive joint-operations agreement in May 2019 with the market-leading Teplo-Hol GROUP of Companies. Teplo-Hol, known for its industry-leading innovations, is the original developer and exclusive manufacturer of the highly regarded Teplo-Hol Advanced Thermal Barrier Coating System, alongside a suite of specialised roof paint coating systems.
Under this alliance, Teplo-Hol has developed and manufactures the FSPS COOL COATING under licence. This technology reflects our commitment to provide strategic solutions to the Property Industry, Commercial and Retail Sectors, Architects and Project Engineers.
The FSPS COOL COATING and complementary coating systems are designed to address large-scale roof refurbishments, whilst significantly reducing heat penetration into buildings, marking a substantial stride in energy conservation.
