Full Scope Property Services CC trading as FSPS-Partners (“FSPS”, “we” or “us”) respects the privacy of people and organisations whose information we handle.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in connection with our website, enquiries, roofing and refurbishment services, project delivery and business administration.

2. Information we collect

Depending on our relationship with you, we collect information relevant to our work, including:

Property and site details, assessment findings, photographs, proposals and project correspondence.

Invoicing, payment and supplier information.

Personnel, attendance and contractor information needed for administration and site operations.

We obtain information directly from you or, where appropriate, from your employer, authorised representatives, clients, suppliers and project participants.

3. Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange assessments, prepare proposals, deliver and report on projects, communicate with relevant parties, administer accounts and personnel, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Our activities include communication by email, telephone and WhatsApp, invoicing through our accounting system, and operational recordkeeping through Roof Manager.

We process information on an appropriate lawful basis, including contractual requirements, legal obligations, justified legitimate interests or consent where applicable.

Providing information is generally voluntary. However, certain details are necessary to respond to an enquiry, perform work, process payment or meet legal requirements. We will explain any mandatory requirements when relevant.

4. Access and sharing

Access within FSPS is allocated according to work responsibilities. Office personnel and directors handle relevant client and administrative information. Site project managers use limited project information to capture and submit operational reports.

We share relevant information where necessary with authorised client representatives, project participants, suppliers, subcontractors, professional advisers and providers supporting our communications, accounting and operational systems. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Protection and retention

Our Data Privacy and Information Security Policy and Implementation Plan guides information handling, access responsibilities, user awareness and ongoing review of safeguards.

We retain information for periods justified by its purpose, applicable recordkeeping obligations and contractual or claims requirements. Information no longer required is securely deleted, destroyed or de-identified as appropriate.

6. Website information and cookies

Information submitted through website enquiries is used to respond and manage the resulting business relationship.

Our website and hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect the site.

7. Processing outside South Africa

Some technology providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Any such processing must have an appropriate basis under POPIA.
